No cash exchange allowed against gift card

If the transaction amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the additional amount can be paid in cash to complete the transaction.

Disclaimer: This is not an E-Gift card. It will be physically delivered as per regular online delivery. The gift card cannot be redeemed online.

Orders are dispatched the same day if received before 12 pm, else on the next working day. Standard Delivery all over Pakistan within 3-5 working days. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be applied to all local orders.

Returns for Full Price item(s) only: If you aren’t satisfied with the product(s) purchased at full price, you have 14 days to return/exchange the item(s). These Item(s) are eligible for e-voucher or exchange if they are received back to our warehouse tagged, unused, and in mint condition. The return/exchange request must be made within 14 days from and including the day you receive the order.
NO REFUNDS. Only e-vouchers or exchange will be facilitated for any returned/exchanged article.
