Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not provide cash refunds for returned items. We only offer E-vouchers for any full-price returned/exchanged article.

NOTE: The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders both ways sent. Upon receipt of returned goods, Image1993.com reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. The decision of the Company shall be final. Full-price in original condition, with all tags attached, can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise cannot be exchanged at any time. Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be exchanged. Online store purchases shall be exchanged with a delivery charge of Rs. 300 per parcel.

Full-price in original condition, purchased on image1993.com may be exchanged to any image store to expedite the exchange process free of charge within 14 days of delivery. In order to do so, you must bring the receipt provided with your order – no exceptions will be made. Store associates will process your exchange right away.

If you have any complaints about your order, we will exchange the product(s) only if there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our team's part. You can get in touch with our customer service center by emailing us pictorial proof/images of the defective product at customerservice@image1993.com or by calling us at
021-11-11-IMAGE(46243) within 14 days of the delivery date and we will arrange a pickup from your shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your original order.
