If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, all product(s) can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at 021-11-11-IMAGE and we will arrange a pickup from the original orders Shipping Address. Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
You may select a product of equal or lesser value, in which case we will provide you with a credit voucher for the remaining amount. If you select a product of higher value, then the difference will be payable accordingly.
Alternatively, you may visit one of our stores for facilitation and if the exchange product is available, our store staff will process the exchange for you on the spot.
Please note: All items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
We do not offer returns unless the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our Team’s part. In such a situation, please contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of defected product at email@example.com or calling us at 021-11-11-IMAGE within 7 days of purchase and we will guide arrange a collection from your desired address.
Alternatively, you may also visit one of our stores to drop off the product(s) and we will send you a refund or a replacement product of equal value, free of charge.
Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used in the original transaction. For COD Orders we will send a check to the initial order’s billing address via courier.
